How pretty is this purse? I received the Juliet Steel Ribbon handbag from Bo's Art Studio's Opera Collection about 2 months ago. It is made out of stainless steel wire mesh with an irridescent plum ribbon. Depending on the way you look at it in the light, it can appear grey, purple and even hues of blue.
This handbag also comes with a removable silver-toned snake chain, so that you can hang it from your shoulder or carry in your hand. With the exception of the chain, this handbag is constructed entirely out of stainless steel.
Somehow when you think of stainless steel and handbags, they don't seem to mesh, but this handbag is beautiful and doesn't have a hint of an industrial feel to it. Actually it has a level of sophistication and I get complimented on it all of the time.
This handbag is part of the Opera Collection, for which each handbag in the collection is named after a well known opera. There are currently 35 styles in multiple colors and textures. They currently retail for $190-$365.
