Most of the fashion polls I've seen hated this dress on Whitney, but I fell in love with it as soon as I saw pics of her wearing it. ("The City" star attended the 2010 Commit to WIN Gala Dinner in New York on Wednesday April 7th wearing this long, loose-fitting dress.) Anybody knows who makes it? Tried Googling (for about 10 seconds) and found nothing.
