After delivering his award-winning graduate Central Saint Martin's show in March 2006, Christopher Kane has subsequently shown for 7 seasons, building the label into a major player in the high-fashion world. Glaswegian-born Kane’s designs creatively fuse fabric, colour and print, as demonstrated most obviously by the now iconic monkey print released in May 2009. Spring/Summer 2011 sees the arrival of Christopher’s debut menswear collection. The collection of mainly cosmic prints is based on natural start constellations, which Kane described as, »so beautiful I couldn’t resist using them«.
